Privacy policy

What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, your region, some details about the property or tenancy, what you would like to talk about, and any message you write. We do not ask for financial account details, identity documents or dates of birth, and you should not send them through this form.

What we do with it

We pass it to one registered insurance broker so they can contact you about your enquiry. That is the purpose it is collected for and the only thing it is used for.

We do not:

• sell your details;
• send them to a panel of insurers or a lead marketplace;
• add you to a marketing list you did not ask for;
• pass them to anyone other than the broker handling your enquiry.

Spam protection

The enquiry form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that submissions come from a person rather than an automated script. Cloudflare processes technical information about the request as part of that check.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, and ask us to delete it. Use the enquiry form to ask, or reply to any email from us, and we will action it.

Retention

We keep enquiry records only as long as needed to administer the referral and to answer any question that later arises about it.

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies and does not run third-party advertising.
